Are the kit suitable for beginners?

Yes. The 'At Home' kits have been designed for scrapbookers of all levels! We make sure that the items we curate for you every month and the design layouts we create can all be appreciated by both beginners and advanced scrapbookers!

Aside from your physical kit, you also have full access to all our online scrapbooking video classes to support your creative journey. You can enjoy and watch them anytime in your online member's account. If you need assistance accessing your account, simply send us an email at: helpdesk[at]scrapbookingcoach.com and we'll be happy to send your account information over.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your kit membership you will need to provide us with two weeks' notice prior to your next kit re-bill date. We require this so that we have time to be able to offer someone else your position in the program.

Please be advised that you must email your cancellation request to [email protected]. We will not be able to process any cancellation request that comes in on any other channel than to our email (helpdesk[at]scrapbookingcoach.com)

If you do not know your rebill date then please email us and we can provide this to you.

Do the kits have a theme each month?

Our kits don't have a specific theme. Instead, we give you a broad range of supplies so you can create a baby layout, a vacation layout, or any type of layout you have in mind using the supplies from our kit!

How often will a new kit arrive?

‍You'll receive a new kit each month based on the date you originally signed up.

Can I skip a month?

No sorry - we don't allow this option.

Do you accept returns and refunds?

If you aren't completely thrilled with the kit after receiving it and would like to request a return and refund, please inform us through email at: helpdesk[at]scrapbookingcoach.com

To proceed with the refund, please provide the following photos along with your request:

-Photo of the design guide booklet

-Photo of all the supplies received showing they are complete, intact, unused, and unopened.

The written request should be emailed to us ([email protected]) within 30 days of purchase. Once received, our customer service staff will assist you with the refund process via email.
