Please Read Our Return & Refund Policy Carefully:
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Physical Book Refunds & Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.
If the item is in re sellable condition (no tears, stains or marks), then we will refund you the purchase price of the book (excluding shipping)
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The refund amount will be the price of the book minus shipping.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For ebooks:
Please advise us if you'd like to return an ebook. Seeing as this is a digital product, we can remove your access to this product on our site and process a full refund of the purchase price if it's within our 30 day from purchase period.
For online video classes:
For all digital classes except for our Scrapbooking Ideas Monthly classes, you are covered by our 30 day refund period. We generally do not offer a refund policy on our monthly classes, however we reserve the right to judge these on individual circumstances.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
