How to Create a Cute Circle Embellishment
Let's create some cute circle embellishment using a hole punch, ink stamps, paper, and washi tape!

First, what you're gonna need is to just punch out a series of circles on a piece of paper. You can also use a heart punch if you want or some other punch you have, it doesn't really matter.
Now taking this paper we used earlier, I'm going to put it underneath the circles just so the ink doesn't go all over my black paper when we stamp on it.

All we need to do is to press the ink pad over the hole punch that we have done, repeatedly, so we get a lot of lovely bright ink on there.
Slowly, I'm going to pull them away from my washi tape.
Another thing that you can do, and I want to show you here is how I've used it on a card that I was making.
I've actually done the same process with some Distress Inks and I've masked up the bottom of the title here, and the just colored the top with some different colors.
